Customized Prevention Plan
Our advisors can travel directly to your job sites to help maximize your OHS performance and develop a prevention program with you at no charge, conduct compliance visits, file an inspection report, and recommend a custom action plan. With a permanent presence in more than 13 regions, they stand ready to take rapid action for your company.
Workplace Accident Management
Our team of managers will assist you with every stage of the administrative and medical process following an accident at work. They can help with writing requests for expert medical opinions, assist in your discussions with the CNESST, and play an active role in the temporary assignment, return to employment or rehabilitation process.
Defence and Expert Witness Fund
The legal defence and expert witness fund covers prevention mutual members’ expenses for expert medical opinions or legal representation before the courts, when required. You have no fees to pay; we handle everything for you!
